DESCRIPTION
This program will provide students with training and skills
to qualify with the Industry Training Authority (ITA) for Residential
Framing Technician Level 3 certification.
THE
JOBS
Graduates from this program will find employment in the construction
field. Some example job titles include; general carpenter, finishing
carpenter, framing carpenter, journeyman/woman carpenter, maintenance
carpenter, renovation carpenter and rough carpenter.
TRAINING
OBJECTIVES
Following successful completion of this program, graduates will
have the skills required to work in the residential construction
industry. Students will display proficiency in:
