CONGRATULATIONS to our CAREER IDOL Winner!

The Valley's first Career Idol winner is ready to show off her skills at the Island's Best Rock station, Jet FM. The self-taught Campbell River artist never believed that she would be able to enjoy her art skills full time let alone make a career of it until winning the contest in April 2008.

Heather's artwork won her a $12,000 full bursary to the digital arts program at Excel and after a lot of learning and hands-on experience, she is ready to begin her practicum at the radio station. Good Luck Heather!!
