I took ITNR (IT Networking and Repair) 2003 to 2004. Taking the course through Excel Career College has benefited me in more ways than one. I am presently working at a great Computer Repair and Sales Shop here in Campbell River. The College keeps in touch with me throughout the year. I am emailed asking about my status. I am given information about jobs in my area that are available and they offer me to come back to sit in on classes. I have found Excel Career College to be very friendly and informative. I love that I have been done for over three years and they keep contacting me for updates and invitations…. Thank you!! Excel Career College!! Your staff has made me feel like MORE than JUST a STUDENT!!

BrendaLea Birch - BUSINESS MANAGEMENT graduate; who has management experience and is starting her own business services company, was interviewed about the program for the student newsletter. When asked what her general impressions of the program were, she replied:

“Very useful. Human Resources is logistics and detailed information on what’s required of a manager or Human Resources Director, which is useful in your own business or working for somebody else.” She went on to say that “…the staff here have been so friendly. It doesn’t matter who it is, whenever I ask someone a question, they help me. I chose Excel over all the rest because of its size, and because it’s a very personal college. Everyone is very friendly.”

“I recently completed the digital design for print and web course at Excel College. Right from the start the staff were very friendly and personable; they still help me out now, even after I've finished my course. Small classroom size made learning easy, with a comfortable pace and help when needed. I found the material interesting and useful in various areas of work.Since I've completed my course I'm working for a local night club designing flyers, and just started as a production clerk for a local paper. On the side I'm working on a website for another local business. It should be interesting to see which area suits me best, or if a little diversity is what I need!”
